The building where the store is located is on number 25 of Ortega y Gasset Street and it was built in 1910, on the so known Gold Mile in mid of Historical Center of Madrid. The store is organized in two levels, ground and basement floors and has a net area of almost 300 m².

The office got the commission of coordinating all the construction works as well as the license procurement and local regulations advice of the project designed by Studio i.d.&.a. from Rome. The main concept was based on the construction of a new stair to articulate both levels of the store, reinforcing the idea of continuous space by means of the use of high quality natural materials as well as a well defined interior lighting.
